A: Yes, the dock works with computing devices (example: laptops, 2-in-1s, etc.) that have at least one available USB-C port. The USB-C port must support 5V/3A (15W) of power.
A: For USB-C ports that support Power Delivery, yes. Please check the specs of your laptop or contact us and we can help you identify if your USB-C port supports Power Delivery
A: Windows® 10+ / macOS 11+ / iPadOS 13+ / Samsung DeX® (for the best compatibility, please make sure that your host USB-C port supports 5V/3A of power.) For Samsung DeX®, it is recommended to use the dock with a USB-C power supply unit.
A: No, single monitor only for MacBook up to 4K @ 60Hz
A: No, this dock is plug and play, no software is required.
A: Yes, the dock is compatible with a laptop that has a Thunderbolt 3 or a Thunderbolt 4 port. However, it will not deliver the maximum bandwidth of Thunderbolt technology (40Gbps), but rather deliver what the dock supports (10Gbps).
A: Unfortunately, if your USB-C port doesn’t support Alt Mode, then you won’t receive video output. If this is the case, one of our USB-A or Hybrid USB-A/USB-C docks would work better for you.
A: Yes, this dock provides Qi charging up to 10W (host USB-C port must support 5V/3A of power to enable full Qi charging)
A: No, in bus-power mode you have to use the toggle switch to choose between the dock and Qi charging modes. However, when a power adapter (85W or greater) is connected to the dock, both dock and Qi charging are enabled simultaneously.
A: Dual Monitor: 4K @ 60Hz (HBR3+DSC1.2) on Windows. A single monitor (up to 4K @ 60Hz) is supported on macOS, iPadOS and Samsung DeX®. macOS supports dual extended monitors in mirrored mode only.
A: Yes, this dock supports up to 100W of power pass-through using the laptop’s power supply (85W or greater). Optional 100W power adapter sold separately.
A: Yes, you can use this dock as a wireless charging pad with the braided cable magnetically stowed in the dock. To do this, a USB-C power adapter must be connected to the USB-C port on the front of the dock. When in this mode, no other device (iPhone, iPad, Android phone, etc.) can be connected to the USB-C port on the dock.

A: This dock supports the Gigabit Ethernet standard which provides a maximum data rate of 1Gbps. Actual Ethernet speeds may vary depending on, but not limited to, Internet bandwidth, Ethernet cables, network switches, and the hardware and firmware performance of the host computer.
