- Quad 4K with Flexible Video Connections – Supports up to quad 4K @ 60Hz for MacBook M1/M2/M3 with Pro and Max chipsets, and M3 base chipset with laptop lid closed. Also supports up to triple 4K @ 60Hz for base M1/M2 chipsets. Features two Thunderbolt™ downstream and one DisplayPort™ ports for plug-and-play video. Two HDMI®/DisplayPort™ options are available with DisplayLink®
- Designed for MacBook – The SD5900T delivers the power of Thunderbolt™ 4 and is optimized to support MacBook with M1, M2, and M3 chipsets running macOS11. The elegant design mirrors the midnight blue aesthetic of the latest MacBook.
- Thunderbolt™ 4 Hybrid Technology – Thunderbolt™ and DisplayLink® technologies combine to provide up to 40Gbps of data, video, and audio, and provide daisy chain support for SSDs, monitors, and other Thunderbolt™ devices. Peripheral devices are blocked for unauthoized access to system memory using Intel VT-d DMA protection.
- Up to 100W (96W certified) Charging – SD5900T powers the MacBook while also charging connected accessories including iPhones, AirPods, and Apple watches. KonstantCharge™ charging enables connected devices to charge even when the MacBook is undocked.
- 16-in-1 Design – To work more efficiently and connect to a variety of setups, SD5900T incorporates 16 connection options including: two Thunderbolt™ 4 ports capable of data, video, and audio, one USB-C®2 Gen2 10Gbps, one USB-A 3.2 Gen2 10Gbps, two USB-A 3.2 Gen1 5Gbps, two HDMI®/DisplayPort™, one DisplayPort™, one 3.4mm combination audio jack, one SD card reader, one Micro SD card reader, and one 2.5Gbps Ethernet port.
- Sustainability Attributes –The aluminium in this product contains 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) content (The outer casing of the docking station is made of aluminum. Excludes bottom case, PCBA, and any related inner components.)
- Zero-Footprint Mounting Option and Security Cable Lock Slots – To promote a tidier workspace, the SD5900T can be mounted out of the way using an optional mounting bracket (K34050WW). Compatible Kensington cable locks (K65020WW or K65021WW) protect the device from theft.

Compatible with new 14- and 16-inch Macbook Pro, the Kensington Laptop Locking Station 2.0 with MicroSaver 2.0 Lock is designed to provide a simple, but effective, locking solution for laptops without security slots. The locking station requires no hardware modifications to the laptop, securing the laptop to prevent theft while preserving the laptop’s aesthetics and hardware warranty.
