Protection and Access for Maximum Mobility
The TAA-compliant BlackBelt™ Rugged Case with Integrated CAC Reader for Surface™ Pro (compatible with Surface Pro 7, 6, 5 and 4) and BlackBelt™ Rugged Case with Integrated CAC Reader for Surface Go and Surface Go 2 incorporate FIPS 201-compliant smart card readers that support class A, B and C for secure access to the device and protected networks. Read-Only Memory (ROM) ensures that data is never stored, so it cannot be compromised. The BlackBelt cases, which provide access to all ports so there is no need to remove the case for everyday use, meet the MIL-STD-810G specification to provide shock protection for all device surfaces.
Designed for Convenience and Ease-of-Use
The BlackBelt Rugged Cases feature a pen holder and tether to conveniently secure and store the Surface Pen, and the device easily can be secured with a Kensington cable lock when left unattended. A rear camera cover allows for use of the camera and keeps the lens protected when not in use. A self-adjusting hand strap provides users with a firm grip when the device is in use and stows flat when not in use allowing the device to lie flat and stable. The BlackBelt case features a kickstand opening to allow full use of the integrated Surface kickstand and includes a keyboard holder to secure the Surface keyboard when in use.
