A: The SD5000T5 is compatible with Thunderbolt™ 5 laptops running Windows 11 (version 23H2 and later). Windows 10 does not support Thunderbolt™ 5 features. Therefore, it is highly recommended not to use this dock with Windows 10 but to upgrade to Windows 11 (version 23H2 and later).
