Q: If I encounter issues with dual display on my host device (Surface Laptop 7 / Pro 11 with Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite / Plus), do you have any advice on how to resolve it?

A: Yes, for dual external displays, we recommend using either two HDMI ports or two DP ports for the dual-display setup. Alternatively, if users prefer to use one HDMI and one DP port, please ensure that DP video option 1 is connected with HDMI video option 2, or HDMI video option 1 is connected with DP video option 2. For combinations using one DP and one HDMI port, they should be positioned diagonally from each other.
